Tenancy Security?
Woodgrove Pines is owned by Jan & Mike Thomas, the suites are not stratified. Therefore (unlike privately-owned units/condos etc.) you are assured of a secure rental situation where you will not be asked to leave in the event that the owner wishes to take up residence in the suite!

Parking facilities?
Street-level parking is available to tenants with 1 spot complimentary and additional spaces available. Some covered spaces are also available at an extra charge.

Storage facilities?
One complimentary storage locker of approximately one cubic meter is available to each apartment. Some private storage rooms are also available at a reasonable cost.
