Security deposit?
Residents are required to pay one half the rental amount at the start of their tenancy. At the end of the tenancy (if there are no damages to the suite), the security deposit is returned to the tenant plus interest and less carpet cleaning cost.

Tenant Profile?
The complex is adult-oriented with a nice age range. There are very few children at Woodgrove Pines, however, quiet children are certainly welcome.
