best to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for their tenants. With on-site
management personnel they are available 24 hours a day.

buildings are well-maintained & very clean.
Security?
Situated
in one of Nanaimo's most secure areas, over the 10 years of operation, we have
not had a single break-in to our rental suites!
Laundry facilities?
Each
building has a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers available daily
from 8am - 10pm. Cost of machines is $2.00 each.
Grounds condition?
Grounds
are park-like with complimentary garden plots, large grassed areas & fish and turtle
ponds - a nature lover's paradise!
